Your privacy, plainly.

This policy explains what we collect when you join the One Fairway launch list, why, and how to leave it. Effective October 9, 2026.

Who we are

What we collect

Your email address, when you enter it in the “Get notified at launch” form.
When you signed up, and when you confirmed your address.
Where you signed up (for example, “homepage”), so we know which page is working.
The wording you agreed to at signup, as a record of your consent.

We don’t ask for your name, and we don’t collect payment details. The homepage uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising trackers.

Like most websites, our server keeps short technical logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted automatically after 7 days. To stop abuse of the signup form, we briefly check how often an IP address submits it. We don’t store that check.

Why we collect it

We only use your email to tell you about One Fairway: mainly that the game has launched, plus occasional important news before then. We email you only with your consent. You give it by signing up and then clicking the confirmation link we send. If you don’t confirm, you won’t get any further emails.

We will never sell your email address or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers who process data only on our instructions:

Hosting: DigitalOcean, where our server is located in the United States.
Email delivery: our email delivery provider, which sends our emails on our behalf.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days.
Confirmed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer run the launch list.
If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record that you opted out so we don’t email you again. You can ask us to delete that too.

Unsubscribe or delete your data

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click stops all launch-list emails.

To see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted completely, email support@onefairwaygolf.com from the address you signed up with. We’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, the UK, the EU, or California), you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We honour these requests wherever you live.

Children

The launch list is for people aged 13 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

The site uses HTTPS. Signup data is stored on our own server, with access limited to authorised staff and protected by a password. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date above. If the change is significant, we’ll email confirmed subscribers before it takes effect.
