Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Bloom Commerce LLC (“we”, “us”), which runs One Fairway Golf. Effective 10 October 2026 (version 2026-10-10).

1. Who can use One Fairway

You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these terms for you. One account per person.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens on it. Staff will never ask for your password.

3. Usernames and conduct

Be a good playing partner. Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, harass or threaten anyone, impersonate others, or use offensive names or avatars. Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or access accounts or data that aren’t yours.

4. Moderation

We may remove content, rename accounts, or suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, usually with a reason. You can ask us to review a decision through the contact form.

5. Virtual items

Cosmetic items (such as ball markers or caps) are licensed to you for use in One Fairway. They aren’t property, have no cash value, and can’t be sold or transferred outside the game. We may change or retire items. If we ever sell items, prices and refund rules will be shown before you buy, and nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

6. The game is in development

Features may change, reset or be removed, especially before launch. Pre-launch stats and items may be reset; Founder badges will be kept.

7. Our content and yours

The game, its art, code and names belong to us or our licensors. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

One Fairway is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can’t be waived. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally.

11. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you on the site or by email and ask you to accept the new version.
