Refund Policy
Refund Policy
How refunds work for credit packs and the Founder Pack. Effective 11 October 2026.
Credit packs and the Founder Pack
- Who sells them: credit packs are sold to you by Stripe, as seller of record through Link. Your receipt comes from Link.
- Asking for a refund: contact us through the contact form, or Link’s support at support.link.com, within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll refund a pack whose credits you haven’t spent, in full, to your original payment method. Stripe’s Link support may also refund a purchase within 60 days in some cases.
- Spent credits: if you’ve spent some of a pack’s credits, we may refund the unspent part or decline, unless the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
- Faults: if something went wrong (for example you were charged but didn’t get your credits, or charged twice), we’ll fix it or refund it, whenever you tell us.
- How long it takes: refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, usually 5–10 days. Any tax you paid is refunded too.
What a refund does in the game
- The credits the pack gave are taken back, in proportion to the money refunded.
- If you’d already spent them, your balance can go below zero. You keep your items, but you can’t buy new ones until your balance is back to zero.
- A fully refunded Founder Pack also removes the Founder ball, tracer and badge, and any of its performance balls not yet used.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of asking us, the credits are taken back while the dispute is open. They’re returned if the payment is upheld. Asking us first is usually quicker.
Items bought with credits
Items are bought with credits, not money. If you bought one by mistake, contact us within 14 days: we can usually swap it back to credits.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law where you live.
